Cleanliness/cleanness 3/10. Table dirty. Spider webs in the lighting. Chairs full of stains (and repaired with tie wraps).

I wanted a Stella Forte because it was the best for me: Large (1.90), roller brakes front and rear, strong engine, strong structure with nice accents, 9 gears and 5 supports.
So I passed by Doetinchem where they had two, one for the test drives. I was immediately sold and reserved it. A few days later I got a call saying I could pick him up.
Very nice guys, Arjan and Patrick help you transparently, friendly and efficiently.
Complete with a large wicker basket and chain lock, it looks beautiful and I already went shopping with it today. There is no problem at all over the dike 10 km against the wind (wind force 6). It drives fantastic!
In short: Recommended!

Very nice shop. Don't be difficult if you want to try out different bikes. In the meantime you can get a cup of coffee or tea. All service for the customer. Wanted an e-bike for 3 people. Clear explanation of all possibilities and options.
Tried it, all the pluses and minuses indicated were correct. In the end, all 3 of us bought one for an attractive price. Now just wait because there is a little longer delivery time than normal. Do you want a fun cycling experience with friendly and polite salespeople?

While waiting for delivery, I have already started chasing an invoice for the Bicycle Plan. This takes a lot of effort, first transfer the remaining part of the invoice. Then I received an invoice stating a remaining amount.
That is not good, it must be a separate invoice that has been deferred to the company. 2 weeks later and numerous calls and emails further. A proforma invoice, but the employer was also done with it and accepted it.
Delivery went well!
Another call to see if it was still on August 1. It became quiet, "I'll put it on August 1st". Delivered promptly at the agreed time, super nice and neat driver.
Took all the time to set up and explain everything.
But delivery not complete, both bicycle bags were still on backorder, delivery ASAP by post. 2nd day of cycling, creaking chain guard. This did not improve and only got worse after a week. Called service and made an appointment in Doetinchem. Also asked after the delivery date of the bags. Backorder! You didn't receive it! Now arrange it for you and you will have them at home in 2 to 3 days.
Indeed, it arrived 2 days later.
But both without the protective cover.
Had my bike repaired on Saturday and a big thumbs up for that, they solved it neatly and professionally. A few tips are also useful. So that went well.
Still in the store, just mentioned the missing protective covers.
This was resolved immediately, 2 pieces were taken from the warehouse and ready.
All in all, don't think everything will be fine, just call to check whether that is the case.
Isn't wrong.
PS: there is now nothing to complain about on the bike. Top.
I had rescheduled my appointment from 4 p.m. via the operator to the morning. She said it was no problem, but I did have to wait more than 2 hours for my new bike. This was because the bicycle was not there yet.
